Over 80 teachers, staff, and students from Woodbury City Public Schools participated in the recent Road Runners Club of Woodbury (RRCW) Benjamin-Ross 5K Run & Walk in honor of Jennifer Jones, a 6th grade teacher who passed away from cancer in December 2012.

The Woodbury City Public School district participants gathered together in this event to remember and honor their friend and long-time colleague. In addition, through a partnership with the RRCW, the teachers and students raised money for the Jennifer E. Jones Scholarship Fund, which supports a graduating senior pursuing a career in education.
